Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 5 days of placing the order.

    • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has been communicated to the seller/merchant and shipping has been initiated or the product is out for delivery.

    • If the order is out for delivery, you may reject the product at the doorstep.

  2. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 5 days of receipt.

    • The seller/merchant will verify the issue before approving the request.

  3. Product Mismatch or Expectation Issue:

    • If the received product does not match the site description or your expectations, notify customer service within 5 days of receipt.

    • The customer service team will assess the complaint and take appropriate action.

  4. Warranty Claims:

    • If the product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer.

  5. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds approved by Funkymart will be processed within 5 days and credited within 15 days.
